“Mr. Birmingham is here,” her masseuse told her. Cleo’s voice was a muffled and indecipherable moan. The overall impression I got was that she was contented and relaxed. It was a sturdy table, even for a man of my size. And fairly comfortable. But Lara could’ve given me warning before easing my robe off. A sheet settled over me as I rested my face in the circular opening. The soft carpet below the table wasn’t much of a view.
